At the heart of Kimberly-Clark, where innovation and performance meet care, stands Preeti B., an exceptional leader driving meaningful impact through her vision and resilience.

Her story begins with her parents challenging tradition. They saw a future for her where they could gift her the freedom to choose her path, the courage to lead, and the wings to fly. With this foundation, she carved her own destiny, shaping her career and marrying her best friend of nine years.

Preeti navigated the complexities of public relations, crisis management, and strategic communications with some of the world’s most influential brands for nearly 25 years. She joined Kimberly-Clark in 2021 and currently heads Communication and Government Affairs in India.

Here, Preeti collaborates across teams with diverse talents and experiences to drive effective communications strategies to strengthen brand reputation. She has been instrumental in pushing boundaries and accelerating action by managing media alliances, leading crisis communications and driving award-winning public relations campaigns.

She also mentors and uplifts women within and beyond the organization as she believes that women feel empowered when they see other women breaking barriers and leading with confidence. “When women rise, businesses succeed, communities prosper, and the world becomes a better place,” she says.

Beyond the corporate world, Preeti embraces the role of a mother to a 20-year-old daughter, which has made her truly live Kimberly-Clark's culture that supports working mothers, encourages inclusion, and create spaces where all can lead without compromise.

Motherhood for her is like leadership. Just as her parents did for her, Preeti inspires, nurtures and empowers her daughter to dream without limitations and chase her ambitions fearlessly.

This Women’s History Month, Preeti urges everyone to commit to accelerating action - creating a world where all can lead conversations, drive strategies, and shape the future.
