In this role you will be responsible for partnering with the multi-cross functional team to drive innovation across Enterprise Markets. As Enterprise market portfolio is extremely complex (105 countries), project managers role is very important to have in depth of understanding in R&D development, Implementation, finance, IMF portfolio management process, Life cycle of innovation.
In this role you will:

Lead cross-functional teams, managing and executing Program/Projects from start to finish. Being involved and contributing in all phases of it including originating ideas, due diligence coordination, valuation, structuring, negotiation and closing the transaction and, if applicable, will be involved in post-deal execution.

Engage with corporate functions like Corp. Development, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufactures, Finance, etc to accurately provide business opportunity of projects to lead project to launch.

Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on Program objectives and progress, communicating effectively with sponsors, project teams and other stakeholders to drive programmed success.

Responsible for defining key stakeholder groups, impacts to those stakeholders, and develop plan to mitigate all impacts

Responsible for streamlined collaboration across internal and external groups. This includes team connectivity at the project-level and point person for updates on program status.

Follow Program Management Best Practices to advance progress, inclusive of program governance: scope, timeline management, risk assessments, action item management, escalations.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by participating in team engagement sessions to share best practice. Drive harmonization and standards to advance efficiencies in processes and ways of working

Main requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Enginering or Science.
-
8+ years of experience in increasingly broader QRC, R&D, technical, operational, or supply chain roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership.
- Project Management Leadership in Mills and Manafacturing Industries.

English fluency
-
Demonstrated strong project management skills, strong leadership skills, success in leading teams with broad cross functional membership.

Experience building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Strong Continuous Improvement acumen and experience driving harmonization and efficiency for business operations/processes
